Does it have a liner?
 

Yes, an integrated breathable liner, so it's built to be worn on its own. Most runners skip underwear with it; the liner is the next-to-skin layer.

Why a 5-inch inseam?
 

Stride clearance. Five inches with a split hem means nothing catches at full extension- the length is built for running, not standing. If you prefer more coverage, the 7″ Pursuit and Foundation carry the same four-way stretch at a longer length.

How fast does the Velocity 5 run short dry?
 

The Sprint outer at 104 gsm is one of the two lightest fabrics we make, chosen for drying speed and airflow. Sweat-through on a long effort dries on the move rather than sitting on you.
