Do I wear underwear with a lined short?
 

You can, but most people don't as the integrated liner is designed as the next-to-skin layer, breathable and moisture-wicking, with support built in. If you prefer to wear your own base layer anyway, the unlined Foundation 7″ exists for exactly that.

What does the liner actually do?
 

Support without restriction. It's a compression liner in a breathable polyester-spandex knit, it holds everything in place through running and training, and moves sweat off the skin while the lightweight nylon shell handles the outside.

Pursuit or Foundation, Which one is right for me?
 

Lined or unlined, that's the whole decision. The Pursuit's integrated liner makes it the grab-and-go option for training and running. The Foundation leaves the base layer to you. Same 7-inch length, same four-way stretch.
